Design Guidelines
Bishops Vineyard Development has been planned and designed to create a quality setting for rural living.
Essential to the realisation of this vision is the design and implementation of the buildings and landscape on the individual sites.
The objective is for all developments to visually compliment the rural environment and be different from an urban or suburban type setting.
Classic and enduring design will be encouraged to ensure the long term quality of the development.
The guidelines have avoided a prescriptive approach but address instead the expectations for development.
All new exterior buildings will be subject to these guidelines and will need to be approved by a design panel set up and administered by the Homeowners Association.
